- Develop innovative and out of the box software and tools
- Optimize and maintain in-house production and asset management software and tools
- Collaborate with production supervisors to plan and establish methodologies that meet or exceed the requirements of each production
- Produce code that is easy to read and is well documented
- Develop and implement training documentation, and mentoring to enhance skill-sets within the studio
- Troubleshoot and problem solve day-to-day pipeline issues that arise during the course of production
- Collaborate with artists to develop easy-to-use software that they want to use.
- Work in conjunction with the department Supervisor to determine long architecture strategies and standards for the studio.

- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computing Science
- 5+ years of experience Full-Stack development experience
- Experience developing software using Python in a collaborative environment
- Experience developing web applications using frameworks, SQL / noSQL databases, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Experience using source control software like GIT or SVN
- Experience with Shotgun an asset
- Experience with JQuery
- Experience with MongoDB
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with Google Cloud and AWS
